The health and wellness of participants is our primary focus. In addition to the safety protocols employed during the event, we utilize Ryzer Protect technology for added pre and post event protection. Here is how it works.
The specific medication requirements of each participant can be entered during registration. This includes medication name, dosage, and directions. Medication information can be updated by logging into your Ryzer account prior to the event.
Pre-Event Infectious Disease Screening
All participants will be emailed and asked to complete a pre-event health screening online form the day prior to the event. This includes answering questions such as the participant's current temperature and any recent exposure to an infectious disease. Participants experiencing symptoms of an infectious disease will be asked to abstain from attending camp.
Refunds
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the refund policy or policies stated and accepted during registration. Please review all refund policies carefully prior to registering. After registering the refund policy will be displayed on your electronic receipt for reference.
Post-Event Infectious Disease Notification
In the days following the event, participants and their guardians will have access to an online form to responsibly self-report any diagnosed infectious disease. The personal data of the self-reported infected participant will promptly be shared with the event organizer. The Ryzer Protect system allows the event organizer to then dutifully inform any participants who may have been in close contact with the infected participant.
Emergency Contact
Event staff will have access to Ryzer Protect's rapid emergency contact system. This allows event staff to quickly notify parents and guardians, individually or as a whole, if an emergency occurs at the event that requires immediate notification.
